Abstract
Projektni menadţment u suvremeno doba predstavlja jedan od temeljnih strateških procesa na razini organizacija, gospodarstava i samih društava. On je usmjeren na upravljanje projektima razliĉite prirodne i namjene, a danas zadire u gotovo sve segmente poslovanja i svakodnevnog ţivota. Uspješnost projekta izravno je determinirana ĉimbenicima kao što su vrijeme, novac i kvaliteta. Pored ovih glavnih ĉimbenika, uspješnost projekta odreĊuje i niz ostalih ĉimbenika, a posebno treba istaknuti struĉnost projektnog menadţera i uspješnost projektnog tima. Rijeĉ je o subjektima koji su nositelji njegove izvedbe, a svojim znanjima, vještinama, umijećem i predanošću odreĊuju konaĉni rezultat projekta, odnosno njegovu uspješnost. Ĉesto se projekti ocjenjuju uspješnima ukoliko dostignu planirane rezultate, iako premašuju vrijeme i budţet pa se mjerenje uspješnosti projekta u praksi treba provoditi na osnovu multirazinskog koncepta. Za optimalnu izvedbu vaţno je sinergijski implementirati tradicionalne kriterije i ĉimbenike uspješnosti projekata, s onim suvremenim, koji se javljaju kao produkt suvremenih praksi i poslovnih modela.
Abstract (english)
Project management in the contemporary time is one of the fundamental strategic processes at the level of organizations, economies and societies. It focuses on project management of different natural and purpose. Today it affects almost every segment of business and everyday life. The success of the project is directly determined by factors such as time, money and quality. In addition to these key factors, the success of the project is determined by numerous of other factors, especially project manager's expertise and the project team's success. It is mention on their knowledge, skills and commitment to the final outcome of the project and its success. Often, projects are rated as successful if they achieve the planned results, even they exceed the time and budget, so the measurement of the project performance t in practice should be carried out with the multidimensional concept. For optimal performance it is important to synergetically implement the traditional criteria of the project success, with those contemporary, which appear as a product of modern practices and business models.
