Abstract
Radom je istražena uloga tehničke keramike u procesu obrade odvajanjem čestica. Rad obuhvaća osvrt na alate za obradu odvajanjem čestica, gdje su navedeni standardni materijali za proizvodnju reznih alata, tipovi alata te tipovi trošenja alata tijekom procesa obrade. Prikazana je podjela keramike na tehničku i tradicionalnu keramiku, te su navedeni primjeri primjene tehničke keramike. Opisan je proces proizvodnje i oblikovanja tehničke keramike. Prikazana je detaljna podjela tehničke keramike koja se koristi u obradi odvajanjem čestica te su analizirana svojstva i strukturalna građa istih. Rad je zaključen osvrtom na globalno tržište u proizvodnji strojnom obradom.
Abstract (english)
This work deals with the role of technical ceramics in the manufacturing method of processing by separating particles. The paper includes a review of particle separation processing tools, where standard materials for the production of cutting tools, types of tools, and types of tool wear during the processing process are listed. The division of ceramics into technical and traditional ceramics is presented, and examples of the application of technical ceramics are given. The process of production and design of technical ceramics is described. The detailed division of technical ceramics used in particle separation processing is presented, and the properties and physical structure of them are analyzed. The work was concluded with a review of the global market in production by machining.
