Abstract
Cilj je ovog rada istraživanje i analiziranje društveno odgovornog poslovanja bankarskog sustava. U uvodnom će se dijelu rad teorijski osvrnuti na društveno odgovorno poslovanje kroz više definicija različitih autora. Objasnit će se implementacija društveno odgovornih aktivnosti u svakodnevnu poslovnu praksu, istaknuti prednosti koje proizlaze za poduzeća koja su orijentirana društveno odgovornom poslovanju te alati koji im stoje na raspolaganju u svrhu kvalitetne implementacije društveno... More odgovornog poslovanja. U posebnom poglavlju objasnit će se razvoj društveno odgovornog poslovanja u Republici Hrvatskoj. Prije same analize dviju velikih bankarskih grupacija koje posluju u Hrvatskoj, rad će istaknuti najznačajnije čimbenike te aktivnosti bankarskog sektora u sklopu odgovornog poslovanja. Posebno će se govoriti o sustavu nadzora i kontrole poslovnih banaka te o njihovim problemima upravljanja rizikom. Less
Abstract (english)
The aim of this work is presentation of the results of research and analysis of corporate social responsibility in the banking sector. In the introductory part of the work theory of corporate social responsibility will be represented through numerous definitions of various authors. Also, the implementation of CSR activities into daily business practicies will be explained with emphasizing the benefits that arise for companies that are oriented to corporate social responsibility. Of great... More importance are also the toolsthat are available to companiesfor the purpose of quality implementation of corporate social responsibility. In a separate chapter will beexplained the development of corporate social responsibility in Croatia. Before the analysis of two large banking groups that operate in Croatia would like to point out the most important factors and activities of the banking sector as part of responsible business.
