Abstract
Proces motivacije možda je čak i najvažniji posao menadžera ljudskih potencijala. Uspješnost poslovanja poduzeća i kvaliteta odrađenog posla ovisi o svim zaposlenicima, stoga je izrazito važno pažnju posvećivati motiviranosti zaposlenika kako bi cjelokupno poslovanje i pružanje usluga bilo na najvišoj mogućnoj razini sa stalnim napretkom. Zadovoljan zaposlenik i zadovoljan korisnik, međuovisni su jedan o drugome. Poduzeće, sukladno svome poslovanju, mora imati razvijen sustav materijalne i ne materijalne kompenzacije kako bi različite potrebe, različitog tipa ljudi bile zadovoljene. Ključni zadatak imaju menadžeri ljudskih potencijala, oni moraju upoznati zaposlenike te uvidjeti na koji način ih mogu motivirati jer svi ljudi su različiti i ne pokreću ih iste stvari.

The process of motivation is perhaps the most important role as manager of human resources. Business performance and quality of work done depends on all employees, so it is extremely important to devote attention to employee motivation to achieve the highest possible level of permanent progress for the entire business and provision of services. Satisfied employee and satisfied customer are interdependent on each other. The company, according to its business, must have a developed system of material and non material compensation for different needs of different types of people to be satisfied. The key task for managers of human resources is to get to know the employees and see what motivates them because people are different and they don't get driven by the same things.
