Abstract
Napretkom informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije čini osiguranje kvalitete ranjivom komponentom sustava. Osiguranje kvalitete je dio sustava upravljanja kvalitetom koji se fokusira na stvaranje povjerenja kako bi se zadovoljili osnovni zahtjevi vezani za kvalitetu. Kvaliteta je zadovoljstvo kupca, stoga se mora voditi briga da proizvodi i usluge ispunjavaju zahtjeve kvalitete kupaca. O tome brinu standardi koje donosi Međunarodna organizacija za standardizaciju (ISO) kojoj pomaže tim stručnjaka diljem svijeta. U paleti standarda koje su u njezinom vlasništvu, izdvajaju se četiri najvažnije grupe standarda vezane uz osiguranje kvalitete u informatičkoj tehnologiji, a to su standardi grupe ISO 9000, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27000 i ISO/IEC 25000. Organizacija procesom certifikacije dobiva certifikat od ovlaštene certifikacijske kuće koji potvrđuje da organizacija zadovoljava zahtjeve koje nalaže standard i time dokazuje svoju sposobnost dosljednog pribavljanja proizvoda koji ispunjava zahtjeve kupca i zahtjeve zakona i propisa. Međunarodna organizacija za standardizaciju ima važan utjecan na međunarodnu trgovinu i njezine zemlje članice diljem svijeta jer standardima zadire u gotovo sve aspekte svakodnevnog života te na taj način potrošačima osigurava sigurnost i kvalitetu proizvoda i usluga s kojima se svakodnevno susreću.

Progress in information and communication technology makes quality assurance vulnerable component of the system. Quality assurance is part of the quality management system that focuses on creating a trust to satisfy the basic requirements related to quality. Quality is customer satisfaction, therefore, must take care that the products and services fulfill quality requirements of customers. It's a assignment of standards issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) with help of team of experts around the world. In the range with standards that are in its property, four main groups of standards related to quality assurance in information technology are specialized, and these are the standards of groups ISO 9000, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27000 and ISO/IEC 25000. The organization with a certification process receives the certificate by an authorized certification company which confirms that the organization please the requirements imposed by the standard, and with that proving its ability to purchase a consistent product that meets customer requirements and the requirements of laws and regulations. International Organization for Standardization has an important influence over the international trade and its member states around the world because with standards enteres on almost all aspects of daily life and in that way ensuring the safety of consumers and the quality of products and services with which meets face to face every day.
