Abstract
U ovom radu istražen je učinak pesticida klorpirifosa na aktivnost kisele DNaze u škrgama i probavnoj žlijezdi i toksičnost tkiva dagnje Mytilus galloprovincialis. Mjerenjem aktivnosti kisele DNaze u škrgama i probavnoj žlijezdi dobiven je tkivno specifični odgovor. Aktivnost u probavnoj žlijezdi manja je od aktivnosti u škrgama. Škrge su osjetljivije. Aceton kao nosioc pesticida inhibira aktivnost kiselih DNaza u oba tkiva. Na bakterijskom testu toksičnosti samo najveća koncentracija pesticida daje pozitivne rezultate. Zakljucujemo da je aktivnost kisele DNaze osjetljiviji pokazitelj učinka klorpirifosa na dagnju. Rezultati ovog istraživanja mogu poslužiti za buduća istraživanja učinka zagađivala na promjene aktivnosti kisele DNaze i njezinoj ulozi u monitoringu morskog okoliša.

In this paper, we studied the effect of the pesticide chlorpyrifos on the activity of acid DNase in the gills and digestive gland of mussels Mytilus galloprovincialis. The tissue toxicity assesment is also done. Measuring the activity of acid DNase in the gills and digestive gland was obtained tissue-specific response. Activity in the digestive gland is smaller than the activities in the gills. Gills are more sensitive. Acetone as a carrier of pesticides inhibit acid DNase in both tissues. For bacterial toxicity test only the biggest concentration of pesticides gives positive results. We conclude that the activity of acid DNase is more sensitive indicator of the impact of the pesticide than the bacterial toxicity test. The results of this research can be used for further study of the effects of contaminants on the changes of acid DNase and its role in the monitoring of the marine environment .
