Abstract
Organizacija kulturnih manifestacija, na ovom primjeru festivala, veoma je složen proces koji mora imati jasno definiranu svrhu i cilj. Na samom početku, objašnjeni su pojmovi kulturnih manifestacija, tipologija istih, vrste i društveni učinci. Planiranje i organizacija objašnjeni su na primjeru Pulskog filmskog festivala. Za uspješno realizaciju Festivala potrebno je pripremu i organizaciju započeti mnogo ranije od samog datuma održavanja. Odrediti termin održavanja, lokacije, programe, angažirati kvalitetne i stručne suradnike, a pritom ostati u okvirima financijskog plana. Svaki event zahtijeva suradnju više službi, osoba, institucija s kojima je potrebno pojedinačno dogovorili detalje, moguću problematiku te prikupili svu postojeću dokumentaciju. Jedni od važnih dionika manifestacije su i lokalno stanovništvo, čija je podrška veoma značajna za odvijanje manifestacije ovih razmjera. U svrhu istraživanja stavova lokalnog stanovništva korištena je metoda anketno istraživanje.
Abstract (english)
The organization of cultural events, on this example Festival, is a complex process which must have clearly defined goal and purpose. The concepts of cultural manifestations, types of the same, kind and social effects are explained at the beginning of this paper. Planning and organization are explained on the example of the Pula Film Festival. For the successful realisation of the Festival it is necessary to prepare and organize the organization much earlier than the maintenance date. Specified the time plan of the event, locations and programmes, to hire high quality and professional associates, but also remain within the limits of financial plan. Each event requires the cooperation of several departments, individuals, institutions with whom they need to individually arrange the details, possible issues and provide all required documentation. One of the important stakeholders of event is also the local population, whose support is very important for the manifestation of these dimensions. Survey research is used for the purpose of testing attitudes of the domestic population.
