Abstract
U današnjem svijetu nezamislivo je rasti bez razvijanja i ulaganja. Tržište se razvija, promjene su učestale i brze te istodobno raste i potreba za napredovanjem i za kreativnošću. Danas je nezamislivo rasti u okruženju u kojem inovacije i konkurentnost ne postoje i koje se ne postižu. Inovacije su BUDUĆNOST! Svakako inovacije su ono što predstavlja novo viđenje svijeta i ulaganje u nešto bolje. Kao primjer za inovacije i nove proizvode su poznati vinari u južnoj Istri. Poznati vinari u južnoj... More Istri su vinari iz Vodnjana i to obitelj Giacometti-Moscarda.Vinari iz Vodnjana imaju obiteljsku tradiciju koja traje već godinama. Vina se prodaju na cijelom području Istre ali najviše na južnom djelu te od njih kupuju razni objekati, restorani i ostali lokali, a zadnjih par godina i turisti. Vina i njihov razvoj također temelje na sudjelovanjima na raznim sajmovima, priredbama i gastronomskim događajima gdje nerijetko dođu i do zlatnih i srebrnih medalja. Less
Abstract (english)
It is very unimaginable to grow without development and investment in today’s world. The market develops, changes are frequent and rapid, and the increasing need for the progress and creativity growth at the same time. It is impossible to grow in an environment where innovations and competitiveness do not exist and that are not achieved.Innovations are the FUTURE. Innovations are certainly what represent a new vision of the world and investment in something better. As an example of... More innovations and new products are well-known winemakers in the south region of Istria. The famous winemakers in the south of Istria are winemakers from the city of Vodnjan and family Giacometti-Moscarda. Winemakers from Vodnjan have a family tradition that has lasts for years. They sell wines on the entire territory of Istria but mostly in the southern part and various restaurants and other busineses buy their wines , and the last few years and the tourists as well.
