Abstract
Zajednički je cilj svih visokoobrazovnih institucija u europskom prostoru visokog obrazovanja osiguravanje kvalitete. U situaciji kada se poimanje i koncept kvalitete mogu shvaćati na različite načine, kako bi se omogućila jedinstvena i jednoznačna ocjena, potrebno je uvesti određena pravila i kriterije. AZVO u skladu sa standardima i smjernicama ENQA-a, definira sedam glavnih kriterija prilikom ocjenjivanja kvalitete visokog učilišta u sklopu sveučilišta s pripadajućim podkriterijima. Cilj je omogućiti znanstveno utemeljeno, sustavno i cjelovito praćenje kvalitete prema spomenutim kriterijima. Pitanja na koja se traži odgovor jesu „Kolika je važnost pojedinog kriterija u ukupnoj ocjeni kvalitete obavljanja djelatnosti visokog obrazovanja i znanosti?“ i „Koliki je ponder pojedinih podkriterija unutar pripadajućeg kriterija ocjene kvalitete?“. Anketnim upitnikom prikupljeni su rezultati, te uz pomoć njih dobiveni su težinski faktori kriterija i podkriterija te je definiran model za dobivanje konačne ocjene kvalitete visokog učilišta.

Parallel abstract (English)
Common goal for all high education institution in European higher education area is quality assurance. In situation when meaning and concept of quality can be perceived on different ways, defining of rules and criteria is essential to assure unique and unambiguous assessment. AZVO defines seven criteria with corresponding sub-criteria for assessment of institution of higher education within the university, which are in accordance with ENQA standards and guidelines. Goal is to provide scientifically based, systematic and comprehensive quality monitoring according to these criteria. Answers to following questions should be provided: “What is significance of each criteria in overall quality assessment?” and “What are ponders for each sub-criteria within corresponding criteria in quality assessment?”. With questionnaire as tool, results are collected which represent base for providing ponders for criteria and sub-criteria. Based on ponders model is derived which provide total quality assessment of institution of higher education. Keywords Evaluation
