Abstract Suvremeni, odnosno otvoreni pristup omogućio je učiteljima da postanu tvorci kvalitetnog nastavnog procesa u glazbenoj kulturi koji će učenicima probuditi želju za samim shvaćanjem glazbe, prenijeti im sadržaje i informacije koje će im koristiti u daljnjem životu te, prije svega, dokazati im da u svakom od njih postoji muzikalnost i želja za glazbenim napredovanjem. Središnja aktivnost otvorenog pristupa je slušanje i upoznavanje glazbe kojim se razvija glazbeni ukus i kritičan odnos prema glazbi kod učenika. Ostala područja glazbene nastave su varijabilna. Ovaj rad pisan je s namjerom da se analiziraju pristupi koji se provode tijekom glazbene nastave, i jesu li oni suvremeni. Cilj rada bio je ustanoviti koliko se područje glazbene nastave kvalitetno izvodi i je li ono u skladu sa značajkama otvorenog, suvremenog modela učenja. Istraživanje je provedeno u dvije županije: Virovitičko – podravskoj i Istarskoj županiji. Provedeno je u osam osnovnih škola, a ispitanici su učitelji/učiteljice razredne nastave kojih je ukupno 68. Prilikom istraživanja korištena je anketa koja se sastoji od devet pitanja, od kojih peto pitanje sadržava pet tvrdnji, a sedmo pitanje sadržava osam tvrdnji, na koja su ispitanici odgovarali koristeći Likartovu ljestvicu. Anketna pitanja se odnose na način provedbe glazbenih sadržaja u nastavi, kompetencijama ispitanika za kvalitetnu i suvremenu provedbu glazbene nastave, izbor aktivnosti kojima se izvodi nastava glazbene kulture. Rezultati su dobiveni metodom analize i sinteze. Dobiveni rezultati potvrđuju kako učitelji i učiteljice razredne nastave u velikoj mjeri kvalitetno provode nastavu glazbene kulture, da se trude učiniti ju zanimljivom i suvremenom, bez obzira na to jesu li oni kompetentni ili ne. No, kao i kod svih nastavnih predmeta, i u glazbenoj kulturi uvijek ostaje prostor za daljnje napredovanje , a samim time i za poboljšanje kvalitete nastave.
Abstract (english) Contemporary or open approach has enabled teachers to become the creators of a quality teaching process in music culture which will awaken students with the desire to master music, convey the content and information they will use further in life and, above all, prove to them that in each of them there is musicality and desire for musical advancement. The central activity of open access is listening to and learning music which evolves the musical tastes and the critical attitude towards music in students. Other areas of music teaching are variable. This paper is written with the intent to analyze the approaches in the music teaching, and to find out whether they are contemporary. The aim of the paper was to determine how much the field of music teaching is performing well and whether it is corresponding with the features of an open, contemporary learning model. The research was conducted in two counties: Virovitica - Podravina and Istria County. It was conducted in eight elementary schools, and the respondents were the teachers of the classroom, 68 of them. In the research a survey was used which consists of nine questions, of which the fifth question contains five statements, and the seventh question contains eight statements, which respondents answered using Likart's scale. Survey questions relate to the method of teaching music contents, the competences of respondents for the high quality and contemporary implementation of music teaching, the choice of activities for teaching music. The results were obtained by the method of analysis and synthesis. The obtained results confirm that teachers of elementary school teaching are highly skilled in teaching music, they try to make it interesting and contemporary, regardless of whether they are competent or not. However, as with all teaching subjects, in music always remains a space for further advancement and thus for improving the quality of teaching.
