Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada jest Etička pitanja prakse prema ciljnim skupinama koja se odnose na oglašavanje prema djeci i odraslima, zavaravajuće oglašavanje, samu prstojnost u oglašavanju, te komparativno oglašavanje. U ovom završnom radu pokušat ćemo objasniti kako se na najbolji etičan način donose odluke u poduzeću.Kako znamo da je dobar marketing ključ za uspjeh poduzeća, dobro je znati da se u suvremeno doba uz pojam čistog marketinga veže i etika u marketingu. U svakom poduzeću dobro je da poduzeće ima svoj etički kodeks odnosno skup određenih pravila i navika koja određuju pravila ponašanja kojih se zaposlenici trebaju pridržavati prilikom obavljanja određenih aktivnosti. Svaki čovjek trebao bi proučavati etiku i na taj način izgraditi svoje vrline, pa tako i u svakom poduzeću ljudi trebaju prihvaćati jedne druge, pomagat si i to sve radit na etičan način. Prije svake donešene odluke trebaju se zapitati je li njihova odluka ispravna, te hoće li ona imat pozitivan učinak na njihovu ciljanu skupinu kojoj se žele obratiti i koju žele privući.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this final paper are moral questions of practice towards the target group. They are referring to advertising toward children and adults, deceiving advertising, the politeness of advertising and comparative advertising. In this paper, we´ll try to explain what´s the best, ethical way of making decisions incorporation. Knowing that good marketing is the key of corporation´ssuccess it´sal so good to be aware of conection between clean marketing and ethic in marketing. Every corporation has it´s own ethical codex or set of rules and habits that determine the behavior rules of employees. Every person should build their virtues by looking into ethics. Similar to that, in every corporation, people should accept each other and help each other because that is ethical of them. Before making any decisions they should ask themselves is their choice is the right one and will it have a positive efect to the target group they are trefering to and trying to attract.
