Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je utvrditi važnost emocionalne inteligencije koja predstavlja sposobnosti utvrđivanja, razumijevanja i upravljanja emocijama na radnom mjestu. Emocionalna inteligencija kao vještina, može se i usavršavati od ranog djetinjstva. Osobe koje mogu prepoznati vlastite osjećaje i koje mogu dobro pročitati tuđe osjećaje mogu biti učinkovitiji na svojim poslovima. Na radnom mjestu, nedovoljna je intelektualna inteligencija, već je potrebno imati sposobnost emocionalne inteligencije obzirom da je čovjek u interakciji sa svojim suradnicima i kolegama svakodnevno. Pritom se to primjenjuje na odjel ljudskih resursa u svakoj organizaciji kao jedna od ključnih stavki organizacijskog ponašanja. U radu je sprovedeno istraživanje putem intervjua sa dva uspješna menadžera kako bi upotpunili i potvrdili navedenu problematiku rada.
Abstract (english)
The primary objective of this thesis is to determine the importance of emotional intelligence, which represents the ability to identify, understand, and manage emotions. Emotional intelligence as a skill can be improved since early childhood. People who can recognize their own feelings and read other people's feelings can be more effective in their jobs. At work place it is not enough to have intellectual intelligence, but it is necessary to have the ability of emotional intelligence as a person interacts with his associates and colleagues on a daily basis. This applies to the human resources department in each organization as one of the key elements of organizational behavior. This thesis consists of research through interviews with two successful managers, to complete and confirm the above mentioned issues.
