Today, stress in every business organization has become one of the leading problems that brings the risk of illness from different diseases because employees are exposed to a series of stressors that negatively affect their health. Workplace stress is the result of the action of a number of stress components because they make the emergence of harmful physical, psychological and behavioral consequences and employee reactions. The aim of the final work is to investigate the definition and analysis of stress at the workplace, its connection to emotions, and the impact on employees' health. The purpose of the paper is to point to the importance of supreme managers' intervention in eliminating, reducing or minimizing stress on employees, as well as stress management. The underlying goal of employers and employees is to detect stressors early as a cause of stress so they can prevent, minimize and control the whole process of creating and running stressful situations and, in cases where this situations already happened, so they could be resolved with reasonable actions that do not require great psychological effort.
