Abstract
Rukomet je vrlo popularan sport, kako u svijetu tako i u Hrvatskoj. To je sport koji razvija timski rad, suradnju te se kroz te faktore dolazi do sportskih uspjeha koji ispunjavaju djecu i trenere. Kroz rukomet se gradi samopouzdanje i želja za kolektivom što je vrlo važno za formiranje zdravih osobina s kojima će se lakše snalaziti u raznim prilikama i situacijama koji će im život u budućnosti pružiti. Kroz ovaj rad nastojalo se ukazati na važnost djece za bavljenje sportom, u ovom slučaju je to bavljenjem rukometom jer se upravo kroz sport i igru razvijaju funkcionalne i motoričke sposobnosti te razne vještine i navike. Kroz rad se također govorilo o važnosti uloge roditelja i trenera u životu sportaša, o važnosti igre na rukometnim treninzima, o pravilima mini rukometa, osnovnim elementima i tehnikama rukometa te o primjeni mini rukometa u nastavi tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture.
Abstract (english)
Handball is very popular sport in the world and in Croatia. It is a sport that develops teamwork, collaboration and trought these factors comes to sport succesess who fullfill children and their coaches. Through handball children build their confidence and desire for the colective, which is very important for the formation of healthy traits that will be easier to cope with in various situations that life will provide them in the future. Through this work we tried to point out the importance of children in sports and in this case it is in the field of handball, because through sport and games children develop functional and motor skills. Through this work we also tried to point the importance of the role of parents and coaches in the life of the athletes, of the importance of going on trainings, following the rules of the game, the bacis elements and tehniques of handball and the use of mini handball in teaching Physical education.
