Abstract
U ovom radu objašnjen je pojam tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture, navedeni su ciljevi i zadaće te razvojne karakteristike djece i osobine njihovog organizma. Velika pozornost posvećena je tomekako tjelesno vježbanje utječe na organizam djece te samom odabiru vježbi koje se mogu koristiti u radu s jasličkom skupinom. To su jednostavni oblici kretanja koji se mogu izvoditi na različite načine. Sve navedene vježbe mogu se provoditi u različitim varijacijama i s puno rekvizita različitih veličina i struktura. Isto tako opisana je uloga odgajatelja u pripremi, organizaciji i samoj provedbi sata tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture u jaslicama. Bitna je pravilna edukacija odgajatelja jer je on model oponašanja i treba znati kako pravilno postupiti prema djeci i koje im vježbe može ponuditi. On također mora jako dobro poznavati mogućnosti i sposobnosti djece kako bi znao na koji dio antropoloških obilježja utječe pojedina vježba. Vrlo je važno da je odgajatelj kreativna osoba, snalažljiva i sklona modeliranju i glumi. Između ostalog, u radu su dotaknuta pitanja pravilne prehrane i zdravlja djece jasličke dobite kako boravak na otvorenom prostoru utječe na djecu i njihov organizam. Ukazuje i na moguće probleme do kojih dolazi ako se djeca ne kreću, adekvatno ne hrane i ne spavaju. Jedan od ciljeva ovog rada bio je istražiti koliki broj jaslica provodi sat tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture te kako, na ovom našem prostoru, u Puli. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su da iako mali broj jaslica provodi sat tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture, provodi ga na adekvatan način. Istraživanje je pokazalo da sat tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture u jaslicama koji ga provodeima svoju strukturu i trajanje te da se za svaki dio sata izvode određene vježbe. Prilikom vježbanja koristi se i glazba koja dodatno pospješuje rad djece i utječe na njihovo raspoloženje. Kroz rad su neke tvrdnje i podatci izraženi uz pomoć tablica koje dodatno pokazuju određene čimbenike o kojima je pisano.

Parallel abstract (English)
In this work is explained the concept of physical education, there are noted the goals and tasks, and developmental characteristics of children and their health characteristics. It is paid great attention to how physical exercise affects the body of children and the selection of exercises that can be used in work with the nursery group. These simple forms of movement can be performed in different ways. All these exercises can be performed in different variations and with a lot of equipment of various sizes and structures. It is also described the role of educators in the preparation, organization and conduct of hours of physical education in the manger. What is important is proper education of teachers because teacher is a model and should know how to act towards children and whitch exercise can offer. Teacher also has to have very good knowledge about possibilities and ability of children, to know on which part of the body affects the individual workouts. It is very important that the educator is creative person, resourceful and prone to modeling and acting. Among other things, this work also deals with the issues of proper nutrition and health of children and how spending time outdoorsaffects on children and their organism. We pointed out the possible problems that may affect on the children with lack of movement,improper nutritionand improper schedule of sleeping. The aim of this study was to investigate how many and how mangers spend hour of physical education in Pula. The results show, that although a small number of mangers spend hour of physical education, carried out by adequately. The results of research showthat every hour of physical education in nursery has its own structure and duration and that each part of thephysical education perform certain exercises. During the training is also used music that advance the work of children and affects their mood. Through this work there are expressed some statements and information using tables, which further demonstrate certain factors on which this work is about.
