Abstract
Predmet istraživanja ovoga rada odnosi se na analizu obilježja tržišta poslovne potrošnje. Tržište poslovne potrošnje naziva se još industrijskim tržištem. Vrlo je specifično i zanimljivo. Ono je posebno izazovno za marketinške stručnjake s obzirom na to da je vrlo važno istraživati ponašanje potrošača za kvalitetno funkcioniranje poslovnih tržišta. Jedno od poglavlja ovoga rada posevećeno je upravo ponašanju potrošača. Broj, veličina i lokacija potrošača, veze između poslovnih partnera,... More priroda potrošnje proizvoda, specifični distribucijski kanali te promocijske strategije uvjetuju potrebu za istraživanjem poslovnog tržišta. Cilj je ovoga rada istražiti temeljne teorijske odrednice tržišta poslovne potrošnje te uz to objasniti važnost istraživanja tržišta. Svrha je ovoga rada teorijski koncept u vezi tržišta poslovne potrošnje primijeniti na konkretan primjer iz prakse. Odabrano poduzeće je IKEA. Less

The subject of this paper is to analyze the characteristics of the business consumption market. The business consumption market is also called the industrial market. It's very specific and interesting. It is particularly challenging for marketers since it is very important to research consumer behavior for the quality functioning of business markets. One of the chapters of this paper deals with consumer behavior. The number, size and location of consumers, the links between business... More partners, the nature of product consumption, specific distribution channels and promotional strategies determine the need for business market research. The aim of this paper is to explore the basic theoretical determinants of the business consumption market and to explain the importance of market research. The purpose of this paper is to apply the theoretical concept regarding the business consumption market to a specific practical example. The company selected is IKEA. Less
