Abstract
Djetinjstvo je najvažnije doba čovjekova života iz mnogo razloga, a jedan od njih je pravilan rast i razvoj. Tijekom trudnoće pravilna prehrana majke ima iznimnu važnosti za optimalan rast i razvoj fetusa. Kroz djetinjstvo ljudsko tijelo se ubrzano razvija i raste te mu zbog toga treba osigurati dovoljno kvalitetne i raznovrsne hrane. Zdrava ili pravilna prehrana je ona prehrana koja tijelu osigurava optimalan unos kalorija, vitamina, minerala i tekućine te jednako tako bjelančevina, ugljikohidrata i masti. Od velike je važnosti kada i kako jedemo, a ne samo što jedemo. Primjena savjeta o zdravoj i uravnoteženoj prehrani pomaže u suzbijanju mnogih kroničnih i degenerativnih bolesti tijekom života. Stvaranje pozitivnog i poticajnog okruženja, odgovorno roditeljstvo i zajednički, obiteljski objedi pomažu da dijete izgradi dobre navike u prehrani.
Abstract (english)
Childhood is the most important period of a person's life for many reasons and one of them is growing up and developing properly. Healthy diet of a mother is of crucial importance for the adequate growth and development of a foetus during pregnancy. Throughout childhood human body is rapidly growing so it needs sufficient amounts of high quality varied food. Healthy or a proper diet is a diet which provides balanced intake of calories, vitamins, minerals and liquid as well as proteins, carbohydrates and fat. It is very important not only when and how we eat but also what we eat. Applying a piece of advice regarding healthy and balanced diet helps in prevention of many chronical and degenerative diseases during one's lifetime. Responsible parenthood, creating positive and motivating environment and family meals help a child to establish positive eating habits.
