Abstract Edukacija prodavača je iznimno bitna za ostvarenje dobre prodaje. Kako bi što bolje obavljali svoj posao prodavači trebaju imati određena znanja i vještine koje trebaju stalno obnavljati, odnosno trebaju bit spremni na cjeloživotno učenje. Potrebno je da dobro poznaju proizvod koji prodaju, njegove karakteristike, način proizvodnje, način distribucije, cijenu, također je bitno da poznaju konkurenciju i informacije o kupcu i ostale bitne činjenice. Educiranje je danas moguće na razne načine, te prodavači kao i svi ostali zaposlenici imaju mogućnost odabira putem čega se žele educirati. Danas je dostupan velik broj novih medija i načina edukacije, poput webinara, intraneta, videokonferencija, društvenih mreža i slično. Ti noviji načini olakšavaju komunikaciju i edukaciju u poduzećima, posebice u onima koji imaju urede u različitim gradovima i državama. Velik broj ljudi ima svoje profile na nekoj od društvenih mreža, a najpopularniji i najviše korišten je Facebook. No nakon provedenih istraživanja smo uvidjeli da se ljudi ne educiraju putem njih, ali bi novije generacije u određenoj mjeri to željele. Novi mediji još uvijek nisu zamijenili offline načine educiranja, te ispitanici preferiraju fizičke odlaske na edukacije. S obzirom na stalan napredak tehnologije i uz brojne inovacije možemo pretpostaviti da će se to u budućnosti promijeniti, te da će uloga novih medija u edukaciji prodavača biti sve veća.
Abstract (english) Seller education is extremely important to make a good sale. In order to do their job better, salespeople need to have certain knowledge and skills that need to be constantly updated. They should be ready for lifelong education. They need to have a good knowledge of the product they are selling. Characteristics which seller should know is production method, distribution method, price, it is also important that they know the competition and customer information and other relevant facts. Nowadays, education is possible in many ways. Sellers and other employees have the choice of what they want to educate themselves about. Many new media and educational methods are available today, such as webinars, intranets, videoconferences, social networks and others. These new ways of education make it easier to communicate and educate businesses, especially in those with offices in different cities and countries. A large number of people have their profiles on one of the social networks, and the most popular and most used is Facebook. However, after doing some research, we realized that people are not educated through them, but the younger generations have announced that they are interested in this kind of education. The new media have not yet replaced the offline modes of education, and respondents prefer to go physically to education. Considering the constant advancement of technology and with numerous innovations, we can assume that this will change in the future, and that the role of new media in sellers educating will increase.
