Abstract
Rad se bavi temom višekriterijalnog odlučivanja. Prije same definicije obrađeni su počeci višekriterijalnog odlučivanja kroz povijest. Definirane su i komponente višekriterijalnog odlučivanja: alternative, kriteriji, težine i donositelj odluke. Opisan je proces odlučivanja te je posebna pozornost dana strukturiranju situacije odlučivanja. Prikazana je klasifikacija metoda višekriterijalnog odlučivanja, te je odabrano 5 metoda koje su detaljno obrađene (AHP, Fuzzy AHP, ANP, ELECTRE i PROMETHEE), a kasnije i uspoređene. U drugom dijelu rada prikazane su 4 metode (AHP, ANP, ELECTRE i PROMETHEE) na primjeru kupnje kuće u Istri. Korišteni su određeni softveri pomoću kojih su dobiveni rezultati koji se u zadnjem dijelu rada uspoređuju. Cilj je bio prikazati kako svaka metoda drugačije rangira iste kuće s istim kriterijima.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis deal with multi-criteria decision making. Prior to the definition the beginnings of multi-criteria decisions through history were processed. The components of the multi-criteria decision making are as well defined: alternatives, criteria, weight and decision-maker. The process of making decisions is described with the emphasis on the structuring decision making situation. The classification of the multi-criteria decision making methods is shown and 5 methods (AHP, Fuzzy AHP, ANP, ELECTRE and PROMETHEE) are chosen, later even compared, for more detailed description. In the second part 4 methods (AHP, ANP, ELECTRE and PROMETHEE) are demonstrated in the example of buying houses in Istria. Some specific softwers were used to get the results which are compared in the final part of the thesis. The aim was to show that each of the mentioned methods rangs differently same houses with same criteria.
