Abstract
Reinženjering poslovnih procesa predstavlja novu poslovnu filozofiju koja je temeljena na promjenama unutar tvrtke. Promjene se baziraju na izmjeni starih: procesa, sustava, struktura i načina za provođenje promjena. To zapravo predstavlja „novi početak“ tvrtke, jer cilj reinženjeringa je zapravo da se svi navedeni dijelovi poboljšaju u odnosu na dosadašnji princip rada. Ukoliko same promjene nisu dovoljne za poboljšanje poslovanja, primjenjuje se radikalni redizajn koji će uvesti potpuno nove principe rada tvrtke. Reinženjering je zapravo cjelokupna promjena temeljnih mišljenja poduzeća i potpuni redizajn poslovnih procesa sve s ciljem unaprjeđenja poslovanja. Kroz rad ćemo se upoznati s poslovnim procesima, definirati što je reinženjering, reinženjering poslovnih procesa te njegove metode. Upoznati se i s programskim alatom ARIS koji služi za prikaz poslovnog procesa. Cilj rada je usporedba AS-IS (starog) i TO-BE (novog) principa rada određene tvrtke čiji su procesi prikazani dijagram modelima, te prikaz razlika u poslovanju koje su nastale uvođenjem ERP-a.
Abstract (english)
Reengineering of business processes represents a whole new business philosophy which is based on changes within the company. The changes are based on reshaping the old: processes, systems, structures and methods of making changes. That actually means a „new start“ for the company, because the main objective of reengineering is to improve all of the before mentioned parts in relation to the work principles so far. If the changes are not enough to improve the business, a radical redesign is used that will make completely new business principles for the company. Throught the thesis we will get known with the business processes, we will define what is reengineering, reengineering of business processes and its methods. We will also learn about the ARIS programming tool which is used to display those business processes. Goals of this graduate thesis are the comparison of the AS-IS (old) and TO-BE (new) principles of work of a company which are shown in diagram models and the representation of differences in business which have incurred by introducing the ERP.
