Complications in pregnancy are very common and the nurse should monitor and detect in time the symptoms associated with the development of preeclampsia. The paper explains hypertensive diseases in pregnancy with an emphasis on preeclampsia and eclampsia. Diagnosis is very important to detect the disease in time. In the diagnosis, it is important to make a physical examination of the pregnant woman, laboratory tests, and control of the fetus.
