Abstract
Poslovni subjekti u današnjem ubrzanom svijetu moraju konstantno pratiti konkurenciju, kako bi opstali na tržištu. U tom segmentu veliku ulogu imaju informacijske i komunikacijske tehnologije koje je nužno da poslovne organizacije implementiraju u svoja poslovanja. Uredsko poslovanje je podsustav svake poslovne i druge vrste organizacija. Brzim razvojem informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologija je omogućeno da se poslovni procesi uredskog poslovanja automatiziraju uz pomoć različitih sustav i alata. U tom slučaju veliki dio poslovnih procesa obavlja stroj, a manje čovjek. Glavni cilj ovog rada je bio utvrditi ulogu i značaj automatizacije uredskog poslovanja u organizacijama. S tim u vezi je pored teorijske analize dan i praktični primjer automatizacije poslovnog procesa u poslovanju staračkih domova. Rezultati ovog rada doprinose boljem razumijevanju prednosti i nedostataka automatizacije poslovnih procesa uredskog poslovanja, posebno u malim poduzećima.
Abstract (english)
Businesses in today’s fast-paced world must constantly monitor competition, in order to survive in the marketplace. In this segment, information and communication technologies play a major role, which is necessary for business organizations to implement in their business. Office business is a subsystem of every business and other type of organization. The rapid development of information and communication technologies has enabled office business processes to be automated with the help of various systems and tools. In this case, much of the business process is done by a machine, and less by a man. The main goal of this paper was to determine the role and importance of office business automation in organizations. In this regard, in addition to the theoretical analysis, a practical example of business process automation in the nursing home business is given. The results of this paper contribute to a better understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of office business process automation, especially in small businesses.
