Abstract
Rad se bavi konstrukcijom jednostupanjskog reduktora. Za navedeni reduktor zadan je ulazni pogonski elektromotor Končar model: 7AZH 160L-2. Dodatno, zadan je faktor redukcije broja okretaja i=3. Prema navedenim parametrima konstruirano je vratilo od njegovih osnovnih značajki – zupčanika, vratila spojnih elemenata i kućišta u kojemu se navedeno vratilo nalazi. Dodatno prikazan je reduktor u Fusion 360 programu kao dostupnom CAD alatu i prikazane su njegove osnovne značajke.
Abstract (english)
The paper deals with the construction of a single - stage reducer. The Končar input electric drive motor model: 7AZH 160L-2 is specified for the specified reducer. Additionally, the speed reduction factor i = 3 is given. According to the stated parameters, the shaft was constructed from its basic characteristics - gears, shafts of connecting elements and the housing in which the said shaft is located. Additionally, the reducer is shown in the Fusion 360 program as an available CAD tool and its basic features are shown.
