Abstract
Istraživanje turističkog tržišta podrazumijeva definiranje potreba, motiva i ponašanja turista kako bi se uočilo da li postoji i kolika je zapravo potražnja za proizvodima i uslugama turističkih poduzeća koji se bave i nude održivi turizam. U tom istraživanju imamo šest faza. Postoje dvije osnovne vrste podataka koje se istraživanjem prikupljaju – primarni i sekundarni podaci. Njihova razlika je isključivo u načinu prikupljanja. Održivi razvoj je vrlo bitan je zadovoljava potrebe sadašnje generacije, ali i brine o potrebama budućih generacija. Navedeni su i primjeri održivog turizma na primjeru Malte te Plava zastava.
Abstract (english)
Research of tourism market implies defining the needs, motivations and behavior of tourists to see if there is and what is the demand for products and services of tourism companies that are engaged in and offer sustainable tourism. The market research process consists of six phases. There are two basic types of data that are collected by research - primary and secondary data. Their difference is solely in the way of collecting. Sustainable development is very important because it satisfies the need of present generation, but also takes care of the needs of future generations. Examples of sustainable tourism are Republic of Malta and the Blue Flag.
