Abstract
Japansko gospodarstvo je jedno od vodećih rastućih gospodarstva u svijetu koje se u zadnjem desetljeću bazira na sporom održivom rastu. Japan je kroz svoj put rasta i razvoja imao velikih izazova i prepreka koje nije bilo lagano zaobići, a kao najveću prijetnju predstavlja starenje stanovništva i smanjenje radne snage. Danas japansko gospodarstvo sporo raste. Tehnološke promjene i stvaranje komunikacijskih mreža jedan su od glavnih uvjeta napredaka i razvoja gospodarstva. Japan je u svom rastu predstavljao primjer za kopiranje svojim Istočno Azijskim susjedima. Proizvodnja se temelji na „high-tech“ proizvodima i uspostavljanje ekonomije obujma te tendencije rasta. Visoki javni dug je još jedan od nepovoljnih uvjeta koji je desegao 226% japanskog BDP-a u 2014-oj godini. Japanski put ka razvitku i rastu bazira se na visokoj informatičkoj i komunikacijskoj tehnologiji za koju su potrebni visko školovano stanovništvo. Japan je odigrao ključnu ulogu u IT revoluciji koja je omogućila rast i razvoj Istočne Azije i samog Japana. Takva revolucija promjenila je položaj Japana u jednog od najnaprednijih zemalja Istočne Azije. Takav pristup stvara komplementarnu interakciju između Japana i Istočne Azije. Bazirajući svoj rast i razvoj na informatičkoj i komunikacijskoj tehnologiji Japan ide ka putu da postane jedna od najrazvijenijih zemalja na svijetu. Ovakav smjer zahtjeva stalni razvoj i usavršavanje proizvoda odnosno konstantni rad i želju za unaprjeđenjem.

Japan's economy is one of the leading emerging economies in the world in the last decade based on the slow sustainable growth. Japan, through its path of growth and development had major challenges and obstacles that can’t be easily bypassed as the greatest threat represents an aging population and shrinking workforce. Today, the Japanese economy grows slowly. Technological changes and the creation of communication networks are one of the main conditions advances and economic development. Japan is in its growth represented an example of copying its East Asian neighbors. The production is based on the "high-tech" products and the establishment of economies of scale and growth trends. High public debt is one of the adverse conditions which reached 226 % of Japanese GDP in 2014th year. Japanese path to development and growth based on high information and communication technology that requires highly educated population. Japan has played a key role in the IT revolution that has enabled the growth and development of East Asia and of Japan. This revolution has changed the position of Japan in one of the most advanced countries of East Asia. This approach creates a complementary interaction between Japan and East Asia. Basing its growth and development in information and communication technology, Japan is going to way to becoming one of the most developed countries in the world. This direction requires constant development and improvement of products and constant work and a desire for improvement.
