Struktura financijskih tržišta neprestano se mijenja, dok su se u posljednje vrijeme posebno istaknuli institucionalni investitori, zahvaljujući politici diverzifikacije ulaganja, koncentraciji znanja i olakšanog pristupa informacijama te visokoj likvidnosti.
