Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je pobliže objasniti računovodstvo zaliha, odnosno važnost njihova praćenja unutar poduzeća. Samo ispravnim praćenjem i analizom toka zaliha moguće je donositi ispravne odluke unutar proizvodnje te naposljetku i cijene samog proizvoda. Na poduzeću ZMH Horvat d.o.o. prikazat će se tok praćenja, a ujedno i važnost sinkronizacije svih odjela unutar poduzeća koji su zaduženi za upravljanje zalihama. Prikupljenim dokumentima poduzeća ZMH Horvat d.o.o. pratit će se tijek nabave sirovine, proizvodnje i prodaje gotovog proizvoda.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this document is to explain in more detail the inventory accounting and the importance of their monitoring within the company. Only by proper monitoring and analysis of stock flow is possible to make the right decisions within production and lastly on the price of the product itself. The monitoring flow, as well as the importance of synchronization of all departments within the company, which are in charge of inventory management, will be shown on the example of company ZMH Horvat d.o.o. From collected documents of the company ZMH Horvat d.o.o. the flow of raw material procurement, production and sale of the finished product will be monitored.
