Abstract
Inteligentni osobni asistenti su softverski asistenti dizajnirani za pružanje pomoći korisnicima u obavljanju dnevnih rutina kao što su odgovaranje na pozive, zapisivanje bilješki, online kupovina, ugovaranje sastanaka, pronalazak mjesta i odgovora, pretraživanje interneta i slično. Najpopularniji i najrazvijeniji inteligentni asistenti u vlasništvu su IT giganata, pa se tako najviše koriste Apple Siri, Microsoft Cortana, Amazon Alexa te Google Assistant. Inteligentni asistenti pružaju potporu poslovnom sustavu pomoću svojih organizacijskih vještina. Tehnologija IPA za sada je još ograničena trenutnom generacijom pametnih asistenata što rezultira nepotpunom prihvaćenosti u svakidašnjem životu, no neistraženost područja umjetne inteligencije i strojnog učenja garantira sve veću pokrivenost ljudskog života djelovanjem nekog od inteligentnih asistenata. Cilj rada je objasniti ulogu i značaj inteligentnih osobnih asistenata kako bi se doprinijelo boljem razumijevanju prednosti i nedostataka korištenja istih u poslovanju.
Abstract (english)
Intelligent Personal Assistants are software assistants designed to help users perform daily routines such as answering calls, taking notes, shopping online, making appointments, finding places and answers, searching the Internet, and the like. The most popular and most developed intelligent assistants are owned by IT giants, and so Apple Siri, Microsoft Cortana, Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant are used the most. Intelligent assistants provide support to the business system through their organizational skills. For now, IPA technology is still limited by the current generation of smart assistants, which results in incomplete acceptance in everyday life, but the unexplored field of artificial intelligence and machine learning guarantees increasing coverage of human life by the action of one of the intelligent assistants. The main goal of this paper is to explain the role and significance of intelligent personal assistants in order to better understand the advantages and disadvantages of using said assistants in business.
