Abstract
Crowdfunding je globalno sve popularnija metoda prikupljanja financijskih sredstava, putem malih iznosa od velikog broja pojedinaca na specijaliziranim crowdfunding platformama. Omogućuje poduzetnicima, umjetnicima, start-upovima, malim poduzećima, raznim zakladama i neprofitnim organizacijama da zaobiđu tradicionalne načine financiranja, te dopru do šire publike i prikupe financijska sredstva za svoje projekte, od ljudi koji vjeruju u njih. Investitori najčešće dobiju nekakvu vrstu nagrade za svoju potporu u projektu. Crowdfunding je olakšao pristup kapitalu i tako omogućio da zažive mnogi različiti projekti, potičući inovacije i angažman zajednice u različitim područjima.
Abstract (english)
Crowdfunding is an increasingly popular method of raising financial resources globally, through small amounts from a large number of individuals on specialized crowdfunding platforms. It enables entrepreneurs, artists, start-ups, small businesses, various foundations and non-profit organizations to bypass traditional ways of financing, and reach a wider audience and collect funding for their projects, from people who believe in them. Investors usually receive some kind of reward for their support in the project. Crowdfunding has made access to capital easier and thus allowed many different projects to come to life, encouraging innovation and community engagement in different areas.
