Abstract

Parallel abstract (English)
The modern approach to environment protection is made of factors like sustainable production and consumption which are based on three pillars of sustainability: economy, society and environment. Same modern approach is best described via equality within the generations. Both economy and environment are being described via economical growth which is separated from the environment degradation while simultaneously promoting the economic growth and environment protection. It is irrefutable that the economical development has benefited humanity, thought that very same economical development is not within the margins of sustainable tourism development. The civilization will not move forward nor will economical growth unless environment protection starts being a valid factor of economical growth. In order to have sustainable development of tourism space planning focused on historical values must be done responsibly and flawless. New investments are in desperate need of preservation of regenerative resources. The tourist product offered to the masses must be within margins of sustainability and must satisfy the demands of the masses without negatively impacting the environment. Corporate social responsibility are recognised for the way they contribute the society and environment. That kind of business in tourism must be valorised via economical, social and environmental components. Currently only a handful of examples like that can be found. In the future it is foreseen that a larger number of businesses will be more socially oriented.
