Abstract

Parallel abstract (English)
The motor activity that takes place through the game, including the movements and activities trough which the child develops all its capacity. The elementary games activate not only the locomotor system, but also the respiratory, nervous and cardiovascular systems. For these benefits, we think of the activities as a guideline for the choir development of physical and psychological traits of a child. The training of preschool age kids should be focused on the development of motor ability and basic motor patterns through simple exercises that later lead to acquisitions of skills for a life without mobility barriers in adult age. Those responsible for children under school age (parents, educators and coaches), must ensure that the child loves to move. That he, alone, without forcing, has the need to do motor activities, which should be interesting and challenging, without unreachable expectations. The caretaker has to teach the child to love movement and sports, thus assuring a healthy life.
