Abstract
U ovome radu je predstavljen hrvatski turizam ponajprije sa stajališta motivacije turista i prema tome definiranih, turističkih proizvoda, koji su se danas uobličili u prepoznatljive vrste tj. oblike turizma. Naime, masovni razvoj masovnog turizma u svijetu intenziviran je neposredno nakon Drugog svjetskog rata, a u Hrvatskoj dvadesetak godina kasnije i to u svom gotovo izvornom obliku koji je vezan za boravak na suncu i more. Ta vrsta turizma, poznatija pod nazivom SSS – (engl. Sun, Sea,... More Sand), dominira svjetskim turističkim odredištima i danas, ali je posljednjih desetljeća prošloga stoljeća počeo proces tzv. diverzifikacije turističkog proizvoda i razvoj novih vrsta turizma u skladu sa sve zahtjevnijim turističkim emitivnim tržištem, što se odrazilo i na turističku ponudu Hrvatske. Tako se pojavljuju slijedeće vrste turizma: nautički, ruralni, zdravstveni, tranzitni i dr., a stalno se javljaju i nove vrste turizma. U novije doba započinje relativno spor proces repozicioniranja hrvatskog turizma koji uključuje: restrukturaciju većine turističkih poduzeća, diferencijaciju turističkih proizvoda, razvoj aktivnosti koje su tržišno nametnute, intenzivniju promociju koristeći se suvremenom web tehnologijom i dr. Abstract (english)
In this paper, Croatian tourism is presented, first of all, from the point of view of the motivation of tourists and, accordingly, defined tourist products, which today have been shaped into recognizable types, i.e. forms of tourism. Namely, the mass development of mass tourism in the world was intensified immediately after the Second World War, and in Croatia twenty years later, in its almost original form, which is related to staying in the sun and the sea. More known as SSS – (English Sun, Sea, Sand), dominates the world’s tourist destinations even today, but in the last decades of the last century, the process of the so – called diversification of the tourist product and the development of new types of tourism in accordance with the increasingly demanding tourist offer in Croatia. Thus, the following types of tourism appear: nautical, rural, health, transit, etc., and new types of tourism are constantly appearing. In recent times, a relatively slow process of repositioning Croatian tourism has begun, which includes: restructuring of most tourist companies, differentiation of tourist products, development of market-imposed activities, more intensive promotion using modern web technology, etc. At, the local level, they try to emphasize the specific features of the destination, and at the national level, tourism is focused on the Mediterranean, environmentally friendly tourist product.
