Abstract
Društvene promjene rezultirale su prodorom potrošačkog obilja i nastankom potrošačkog društva. Dva marketinška fenomena koja se izdvajaju u pogledu akcijskih ponuda jesu Black Friday i Cyber Monday. Black Friday, poznat kao Crni petak, seže u daleku 1950., dok je Cyber Monday, odnosno Cyber ponedjeljak skovan 2005. godine. Iako su Crni petak i Cyber ponedjeljak isprepleteni s većom sezonom blagdanske kupnje, ne ovise jedno o drugome. Predmet istraživanja jesu marketinške akcije Black Friday i Cyber Monday. Ciljevi su istraživanja predstaviti teorijski okvir ponašanja potrošača, predstaviti osnovne značajke navedenih akcija te analizirati rezultate provedenog istraživanja o stavovima i ponašanju potrošača tijekom akcija Black Friday i Cyber Monday.
Abstract (english)
Social changes resulted in the breakthrough of consumer abundance and the emergence of a consumer society. Two marketing phenomena that stand out in terms of promotional offers are Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Black Friday dates back to 1950, while Cyber Monday was created in 2005. Although Black Friday and Cyber Monday are intertwined with the larger holiday shopping season, they are not mutually exclusive. The subject of research is Black Friday and Cyber Monday. The goals of the research are to present the theoretical framework of consumer behavior, explain the basic features of the aforementioned actions, and analyze the results of the conducted research on the attitudes and behavior of consumers during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday actions.
