Abstract
U radu se prikazuje istraživački rad koji se temelji na praktičnom radu s autističnim djetetom u smislu poticanja govorno-jezičnog razvoja. Na početku rada daju se osnovne informacije o poremećajima autističnog spektra i o metodama rada kod govorno-jezičnog razvoja djece s autizmom. Navodi se važnost rane intervencije, objašnjava se pojam eholalije, analiziraju prozodijske poteškoće i istraživanja narativnog diskursa. Opisuje se značaj programa ABCL za govorno-jezični razvoj djece s autizmom, Tomatisov audiopsihofonološki pristup i program TEACCH. Najvažniji dio rada je onaj koji se tiče prakse –načina i metoda rada s autističnim djetetom s naglaskom na poticanje djetetova govorno-jezičnog razvoja. Vodio se dnevnik rada u vremenskom periodu koji je trajao između dva i tri mjeseca. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na kreativnost i inovativnost u smišljanju igara i aktivnosti. U dnevnik rada zapisivane su reakcije djeteta na metode rada, bilježeni su njegov napredak, prihvaćanje i stvaranje kontakata s autoricom ovog rada.

Parallel abstract (English)
This paper presents the research work that is based on practical work with autistic children for the purpose of encouraging speech-language development. At the beginning of this paper gives basic information about autistic spectrum disorders and the working methods with speech-language development of children with autism. It states the importance of early intervention, explains the concept of echolalia, analyzes prosodic difficulties and exploration of narrative discourse. Describes the importance of the program ABCL for speech -language development in children with autism, audio-psycho-phonological approach Tomatis and TEACCH program. The most important part of the work is the one that concerns the practical part, which are the ways and methods of working with autistic child with an emphasis on encouraging the child's speech and language development. He ran to the log during the period that lasted between two and three months. Particular emphasis is placed on creativity and innovation in devising games and activities. In the log writing the response reaction to the child's methods of work, recorded his progress, accepting and making contacts with the author of this work.
