Abstract
Ples je aktivnost koja je najčešće povezana sa zabavom te se radi o jednoj motoričkoj aktivnosti koja podrazumijeva pokrete cijelog tijela. Ples je ujedno definiran kao ritmičko kretanje tijela prema ritmu glazbe. Ples utječe na osobni, društveni i fizički razvoj. Ova umjetnost je usko povezana s kineziologijom jer djeca kroz ples, kao i kroz kineziologiju, usvajaju znanja o samostalnoj kontroli tijela i tjelesnih pokreta. Ples također omogućuje osobne afirmacije djece te ih osposobljava za timski rad. Djeca kroz ples mogu izraziti svoju kreativnost, što im ujedno daje samopouzdanje za daljnji rast i razvoj.
Abstract (english)
The dance is activity which is usually related with fun, but it is also motor activity which involves movements of the whole body. Except of that, dance is defined as a rythmical body movement in relation to a specific music. Also it influences personal, social and physical development. This art is closely related to kinesiology because children can through both of them learn how to independently control the body and body movements. Also, dance and kinesiology allow personal affirmation and train children for teamwork. So, kids can show through dance their creativity, what also gives them self-confidence for their futher growth and development.
