Abstract
La tesi “Strategie didattiche innovative” espone nella parte teorica i vari tipi di apprendimento, metodologie e strategie didattiche. Nella parte empirica vengono presentati e discussi i risultati della ricerca condotta su 100 educatori delle scuole dell’infanzia italiane e croate della Regione Istriana sull’uso e la frequenza d’uso delle strategie, metodologie e tipi d’apprendimento nel lavoro quotidiano con i bambini. Nel confrontare le risposte date dagli educatori che lavorano nelle scuole dell’infanzia italiane e croate non sono state riscontrate delle differenze tranne che nell’uso della metodologia didattica della classe capovolta che viene spesso usata dagli educatori croati mentre risulta sconosciuta o quasi mai utilizzata da quelli italiani.
Abstract (croatian)
Diplomski rad "Inovativne strategije poučavanja" u teoretskom dijelu izlaže različite vrste učenja, metodologije i strategije poučavanja. U empirijskom dijelu prikazani su i razmotreni rezultati istraživanja provedenog na 100 odgajatelja iz talijanskih i hrvatskih predškolskih ustanova u Istarskoj županiji o korištenju i učestalosti korištenja strategija, metodologija i vrsta učenja u svakodnevnom radu s djecom. Uspoređujući odgovore odgajatelja koji rade u talijanskim i hrvatskim predškolskim ustanovama, nisu pronađene razlike osim u korištenju nastavne metode obrnuta učionica koju hrvatski odgajatelji često koriste, dok je odgojiteljima iz talijanskih vrtića nepoznata ili je gotovo nikad ne koriste.
Abstract (english)
The thesis “Innovative teaching strategies” presents in the theoretical part the different types of learning, methodologies and teaching strategies. In the empirical part the results of the research conducted on 100 educators of Italian and Croatian kindergartens of the Istrian Region are presented and discussed on the use and frequency of use of strategies, methodologies and types of learning in daily work with children. When comparing the answers given by educators working in Italian and Croatian kindergartens no differences were found except in the use of the teaching methodology of the flipped classroom which is often used by croatian educators while it is unknown or almost never used by italian educators.
