Since corporations nowadays have a huge impact on people's everyday lives, it is essential that those facing social management responsibilities. Prior to the corporation for the main goal was earning profits without interest for other factors such as environmental protection, caring for employees and so on. In the 20th century comes to raising awareness of social responsibility. Created a socio-economic approach to systemic change that requires employee involvement at all levels. In 1973, in France, H.Savall evolving socio-economic approach to management (SEAM), which is carried out within ISEOR's. SEAM process consists of interventions, learning and training. In this approach, employees are not only being seen as human capital required for making a profit, but as a part of the corporation who have desires and needs, and as such have the right to participate in the process of change and in making decisions. SEAM is mostly used in Europe, since most of the literature in French and it was developed in Europe. In America, more positive approach applies questioning (AI), which is there and developed, and is different from the SEAM-in approach or, SEAM is based on the detection of dysfunctions caused by hidden charges, to AI approach is based on seeking positive change. ISEOR has a database in which is stored implemented interventions, and results of those interventions that are used as guidelines for future interventions. The work fetched two cases of ISEOR base: The example in the field of technical equipment and company ComCorp.
