Abstract
Kako bi se postigao projektni cilj važno je formirati dobar i učinkovit projektni tim. Projektni tim sačinjavaju projektni sponzor, projektni menadžer i projektni tim koji posjeduju određena znanja i vještine i koji se međusobno u njima nadopunjuju. Upravo timski rad predstavlja koncept suradnje i zajedničkog rada grupe zaposlenih. Ključ projektnog uspjeha nalazi se upravo u ljudima koji sudjeluju u samom radu na projektu. Svim sudionicima projekta potrebno je pristupiti sa stajališta ključnog... More potencijala. Važno je da projektni menadžer prepozna vještine i sposobnosti s kojima članovi projektnog tima raspolažu, te da ih potiče i motivira da rade na njima i postupno ih razvijaju i usavršavaju kako bi sam uspjeh na projektu u konačnici bio što veći. Veoma je važno da projektni menadžer ostvaruje dobru komunikaciju sa projektnim timom, sluša njihove potrebe i na taj način potiče njihovu motivaciju, te da pohvali i nagradi uspjehe i postignuća cjelokupnog projektnog tima ili pojedinih članova. Veliko značenje za projekt ima dodjeljivanje uloga, ovlasti i odgovornosti članovima tima kako bi se točno znalo kome pripada koja aktivnosti i kako ne bi došlo do potencijalnih sukoba ili problema u komunikaciji unutar projektnog tima. Ciljevi timskog rada moraju biti svima jasni i unaprijed definirani, a zadaci i uloge pojedinaca u timu moraju biti precizno određene i dodijeljene. Less

In order to achieve the project objective it is important to form a good and effective project team.The project team consists of the project sponsor, the project manager and project team, the members of which all have specific knowledge and skills that complement each other. Teamwork itself is a concept of cooperation and work jointly undertaken by a group of employees. The key to a successful project is in the people who take part in the work on the project.It is important to approach all... More participants from the perspective of their own potential. The job of the project manager is to recognize the skills and abilities that each of the participants has at their disposal, encourage and motivate them to further improve and develop so that the project can end up being as successful as possible. It is very important that the project manager communicates well with the project team, listens to their needs and thus stimulates their motivation, that he praises and rewards successes and achievements of the entire project team or individual members. Assigning roles is of great significance for the project, it makes the level of authority and responsibility of each team member clear so that the members know exactly who should participate in which activity and help avoid potential conflicts or problems in communication within the project team.The goals of teamwork must be clear to all and predefined, and all tasks and roles of individuals in the team clearly defined and assigned.
