Abstract
Internetska trgovina definitivno je prekretnica u načinu djelovanja poduzeća – danas je ta vrsta kupovine standard koji očekuje gotovo svaki kupac, a u budućnosti će doživjeti još mnogo promjena koje će omogućiti jednostavniju i lakšu kupovinu i prodaju putem interneta. Poduzeće koje svoje proizvode i usluge nudi kupcima putem interneta mora konstantno ulagati u učinkovitost internetske trgovine te analizirati marketinške aktivnosti vezane za istu, kako bi ponudili upravo ono što njihovi kupci... More žele. Segmentacija kupaca najvažnija je osnova na temelju koje se svi segmenti internetske trgovine prilagođavaju karakteristikama kupaca - dizajn stranice, korisničko iskustvo, opseg i vrsta sadržaja, kategorizacija proizvoda, fotografije, pozivi na akciju i svi ostali dijelovi internetske trgovine moraju u potpunosti biti prilagođeni kupcima te u skladu s imidžom i ciljevima poduzeća. U radu je analizirana internetska trgovina poduzeća Biovega d.o.o. pod nazivom Bio&Bio koja ostvaruje veliki postotak ukupne prodaje upravo putem internetske prodaje. Detaljno je analiziran svaki segment internetske trgovine te što oni znače za kupce i poduzeće prilikom kupovine. Less

Electronic commerce is definitely a milestone in the way companies operate - today, this kind of purchasing is a standard that almost every customer expects, and in the future there will be many changes that will make it easier to buy and sell online. The company that offers its products and services to customers over the Internet must constantly invest in the efficiency of Internet commerce and analyze its marketing activities in order to offer exactly what their customers want. More segmentation is the most important basis for adapting all segments of Internet commerce to customer characteristics - web site design, user experience, scope and content type, product categorization, photos, calls to action and all other parts of the online store must be fully customized for customer needs, as well as adhere to company's image and goals. The paper analyzes the internet commerce of Biovega Ltd. company, called Bio&Bio, which generates a large percentage of total sales right through online sales.
