Abstract
Glavni cilj ovog istraživanja bila je analiza razvoja kulturnog turizam, upravljanja kulturnim dobrom i činitelja koji omogućuju njegov razvoj. U prvom dijelu rada predstavljeni su problem i predmet istraživanja, hipoteze, ciljevi i doprinosi rada, te metode koje su korištene pri izradi rada. Kako bi se istraživanje provelo, trebalo je teorijski analizirati određene pojmove. Teorijski su analizirani pojmovi o kulturi i kulturnom turizmu.Obrađuje se povijest kulturnog turizma od masovnog turizma... More do pojave selektivnih vrsta turizma, a zatim su posebno razrađeni trendovi u kulturnom turizmu i motivi kulturnih turista. Zatim je objašnjen pojam kulturne baštine, te su analizirani čimbenici ključni za uspjeh kulturnog turizma destinacije. Analizirani oblici materijalne i nematerijalne kulturne baštine kao glavni čimbenici uspjeha kulturnog turizma destinacije. Apostrofirana je važnost valorizacije i očuvanja kulturne baštine, što se postiže menadžmentom turističke destinacije, održivim upravljanjem kulturnim resursima i kulturnom baštinom. Nakon završenog teorijskog dijela, u istraživačkom dijelu analizirani su čimbenici od utjecaja na kulturni turizam destinacije s posebnim naglaskom na ispitivanje istog temeljeno na studiji slučaja grada Šibenika. U skladu s rezultatima istraživanja prihvaćaju se sve hipoteze, što znači da je uloga menadžmenta destinacije i kulturnih resursa, uz koordiniranu potporu sektora kulture i sektora turizma, od ključne važnosti za daljnji razvitak kulturnog turizma u skladu s održivim načelima. Također kulturna baština grada Šibenika prepoznata je kao glavni faktor privlačnosti dolaska u destinaciju i time pokretač u formiranju inovativnih turističkih proizvoda. Less
Abstract (english)
The main objective of this research is to analyze the development of cultural tourism, cultural heritage management and the factors that allow its development. The first part of the thesis delineates the problem and the research subject, presents the hypotheses, objectives and contributions of the thesis and the methods used in the research. In order to conduct the research, it was necessary to theoretically analyze certain terms. The theoretical analysis includes the concepts of culture and... More cultural tourism. The thesis presents the history of cultural tourism from mass tourism to the appearance of selective types of tourism, which is followed by a special analysis of trends in cultural tourism and motives of cultural tourists. The thesis then explains the concept of cultural heritage and presents an analysis of factors crucial for the success of a cultural tourism destination. The work analyzes forms of tangible and intangible cultural heritage as key factors of a cultural tourism destination’s success. The thesis emphasizes the importance of valorisation and preservation of cultural heritage, which is achieved by tourism destination management and sustainable cultural resources and cultural heritage management. The theoretical part is followed by the research section of the thesis, which is dedicated to the analysis of the factors impacting the cultural tourism segment of a destination, with special emphasis on the research based on the case study of the city of Šibenik. All hypotheses are accepted in accordance with the results of the research, which means that the role of destination and cultural resource management, with co-ordinated support of the sectors of culture and tourism, is crucial for the future development of cultural tourism in accordance with sustainable principles. Furthermore, cultural heritage of Šibenik is recognized as a major factor of attraction of the destination and, consequently, as a driving force in the formation of innovative tourism products. Less
