Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je prikazati metodu Six Sigma, za poboljšanje poslovnih procesa. Kroz ovaj rad osvrnuli smo se na koncept i poslovnu strategiju te uzeli realni primjer iz poslovnog sektora gdje se može primjeniti metodologija. U cilj je bila uključena o usporedba Six Sigma i Lean metodologije, koje zajedno čine jednu od najboljih metodologija za poboljšanje poslovnih procesa. Kroz primjer smo pokazali da je primjena moguća u svim poslovnim granama i svim procesima, koji ponekad izgledaju... More banalni i čini se da nema mjesta za poboljšanja. Provedba je ključna i zahtijeva mnogo odricanja kroz duže vremenske periode, kako bi se uspješno izvršio cilj. Svoj doprinos moraju dati svi uključeni u projekt implementacije, od zaposlenika do izvršne vlasti. Mnoge tvrtke širom svijeta primjenjuju Six Sigma metodologije, ostvaruju znatne uštede i povećavaju prihode. Najbolji primjer u svijetu je tvrtka General Electric, a u Hrvatskoj, najpoznatiji primjer implementacije je farmaceutska tvrtka Pliva. Less
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this paper was to demonstrate the Six Sigma method for improving the business processes. Through this paper we have reviewed the concept and business strategy and took a realistic example from the business sector where methodology can be applied. The goal was to include a comparison of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, which together form one of the best methodologies for improving business processes. Through the example we have shown that application is possible in all... More business sectors and processes that sometimes seem banal and there seems to be no room for improvement. Implementation is crucial and requires much renunciation over longer periods of time in order to successfully accomplish the goal. Everyone who are included in the implementation project, must give their contribution, from employee to executive. Many companies around the world apply Six Sigma methodologies, accomplish significant savings and increase the income. The best example in the world is General Electric, and in Croatia, the most famous example of implementation is the pharmaceutical company Pliva. Less
