This work analyzes the role and importance of infrastructure services in the organization of the company, with special reference to the company "Maistra" d.d. At the beginning of the work, the definition of organization, organizational structure and business functions is defined, followed by a clearer definition of infrastructure services and their meaning for enterprise organization. With regard to the analyzed infrastructure service of the company "Maistra" d.d., at the end of the work it is concluded that the infrastructure services in the organization of this company have the task of monitoring key business processes in the organization. It is a company that has a very wide range of accommodation capacity ranging from hotels to camps, restaurants, tourist animations, so it has a large number of business functions that follow the goals, vision and mission of the company. At the end of the paper, it comes to the conclusion that infrastructure services in the organization of companies play an important role in the realization of key business processes and that it is important in the creation of the organizational structure to foresee that service. Naturally, the organization of infrastructure services also depends on the size of the company's strategy, so part of them can be implemented within an external, permanent service. But large companies such as hotel companies strive to organize infrastructure services within the underlying organizational structure so that business processes can be performed smoothly and adapted to the needs of the enterprise.
