This graduation work is based on the topic Business Negotiation Tactics, and it consists of two parts. The first part includes theoretical features, and the second part contains research based on my own work examples. In the theoretical part the reader gets to know the elements and stages of the negotiation meeting. Moreover, it presents and analyzes the best known negotiation tactics. Through the research part of this work, the use of business negotiation tactics is presented in practice, together with the conclusion that tactics are one of the key parts of business negotiation. The first part of the research deals with the interviews of the employees in education out of which an affirmative response about the needs for possessing tactics for negotiating and using business negotiating strategies in the area of education is acquired. Throughout the second part, which consists of the examples of business negotiation, a conclusion is carried out that those tactics are one of the key parts of business negotiation.
