Tržište međunarodnog zračnog prometa u skladu globalizacije i liberalizacije izrazito se mijenja i povećava svoju ulogu u društvu. Današnji zračni prometa pruža sve veću mrežu letova. Razvoj ruta je postao ključna aktivnost u današnjem zračnom prometu. Da bi razvoj ruta bio uspješan potrebno je poduzeti znatan broj marketinških istraživanja od strane operatera zračne luke. In line with globalization and liberalization, the international air transport market is changing dramatically and increasing it role in society. Today's air traffic provides a growing network of flights. Route development has become a key activity in today's air traffic. In order for the route development to be successful, it is necessary to undertake a considerable amount of marketing research by the airport operator. Except the role of the airport operator, airlines are also... More included in the role of route development. This master thesis covers the theoretical part of the marketing service, the marketing mix, air traffic and its characteristics, airlines and their types and the development of routes and their importance and characteristics. The overview of Pula Airport operations, activities and services they provide are presented.
