Abstract
Predmet istraživanja ovog rada leži u činjenici kako je danas iznimno teško poslovati i donositi odluke na tržištu. Suvremeni menadžment izložen je raznim promjenama, potrebama za stalnim inovacijama, tehnološkom napretku i sl. Postoje razni modeli odlučivanja. Prema namjeni, razlikuju se modeli utvrđivanja i modeli odlučivanja. Cilj je ovoga rada definirati menadžment i odlučivanje, te dovesti u vezu navedena dva područja. Pored toga, cilj je ovoga rada definirati i analizirati modele odlučivanja u poslovnom odlučivanju.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this paper's research lies in the fact that today it is extremely difficult to do business and make decisions in the market. Modern management is exposed to various changes, needs for constant innovation, technological advancement etc. There are various decision models. By purpose, determination models and decision models differ. The aim of this paper is to define management and decision making and to link the two areas mentioned. In addition, the aim of this paper is to define and analyze decision-making models in business decision-making.
