Abstract
Razvoj selektivnih oblika turizam započeo je usred sve većih pritisaka i uništavanja destinacija uzrokovane masovnim turizmom. S ciljem rasterećivanja destinacija, a ujedno i obogaćivanja ponude, stvarajući dodanu vrijednost s ciljem kvalitetnijeg boravka turista te stvaranja turističkog iskustva, selektivni oblici turizma bili su prilagođeni potrebama pojedinaca, krojeni upravo prema njihovoj mjeri. Glavni zadatak biva upravo zadovoljenje želja gostiju te pružanja osjećaja važnosti i bitnosti.... More Današnji selektivni turizam ima mnogo različitih oblika, a svakodnevno niču i novi oblici. Grad Poreč je s ciljem izdizanja i isticanja svoje ponude razvio i vrši daljnja ulaganju selektivne oblike turizma, a najviše se ističu zdravstveni, dentalni, nautički, gastro, sportski te kulturni. Ono što je osigurano zasigurno je zadovoljavanje više ciljnih skupina čime se rasterećuje sama destinacija, pravomjerno razvrstavajući goste, i što se tiče lokacije i što se tiče vremenskog razdoblja dolaska. Time se ujedno osigurava i produživanje sezone te više prihoda od turizma. Svojom ponudom vrše diferencijaciju od konkurencije, usku povezanost s tržištem, osiguravaju rast i razvoj destinacije, ostvarujući ekonomske, socijalne i društvene blagodati. Daljnjim razvijanjem grad Poreč osigurat će očuvanje resursa i bogatstva uz sustavno inoviranje samog proizvoda i usluge, predstavljajući se kao specifična, ključna destinacija ciljnih skupina turista, ostvarujući na taj način porast dolazaka i noćenja uz povećanje prihoda. Abstract (english)
The development of selective forms of tourism began becouse of the increasing pressure and destruction that mass tourism have had on destinations. With the goal of depressuring the destinations, as well as the enrichment of the offer, creating added value with the quality of the tourists stay to create the tourist experience, the selective tourism was tailored for individuala and tailored exactly to their needs. The main task is to satisfy the wishes of the guests and to provide a sense of... More importance. Today selective tourism takes many different forms, with new forms emerging every day. With the success of raising and highlighting its offerings, the city of Poreč has developed and made further investments in selective forms of tourism, in health, dental, nautical, gastro, sports and cultural tourism. What was provided certainly satisfied multiple target groups, who relieved the destination itself, sorted the guests in a timely manner, regarding the place and timing of arrival. At the same time, the season is secured and produced, and more revenue is generated from tourism. We offer high competition differentiation, take advantage of market connectivity, secure growth and development of destinations, achieving economic, social and social benefits. With further development, the city of Poreč ensures the preservation of resources and wealth by simply innovating the products and services itself, presenting itself as a specific, key destination of the target group of tourists, increasing arrivals and overnight stays while increasing revenues.
