Abstract
Sve više slobodnog vremena učenici primarnoga obrazovanja provode u pasivnom obliku. Sportske aktivnosti su manje zastupljene među njima kao i aktivan način provođenja slobodnog vremena. Zastupljenije su aktivnosti koje se provode u sjedećem, pasivnom obliku čime dolazi do manjka dnevne potrebe organizma za kretanjem. Iz toga proizlazi nepravilan rast i razvoj koji se odražava na razvoj njihovih motoričkih sposobnosti, funkcionalnih sposobnosti i antropometrijskih karakteristika. Istraživanje... More je provedeno s ciljem da se utvrdi kako učenici provode svoje slobodno vrijeme, jesu li kod njih i u kojoj mjeri zastupljene izvanškolske aktivnosti. Zatim su izmjereni testovi motoričkih sposobnosti djece čiji su rezultati podijeljeni u dvije osnovne grupe: djecu koja vježbaju i djecu koja ne vježbaju. Dvije međusobne grupe su uspoređene kako bi se dobio uvid u razliku njihovih sposobnosti. Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da je gotovo polovica djece uključene u istraživanje neaktivna u svoje slobodno vrijeme. Prema dobivenim rezultatima utvrđeno je da ne postoji statistički značajna razlika u antropološkim obilježjima između djece koja vježbaju i djece koja ne vježbaju u slobodno vrijeme. Abstract (english)
The pupils of primary education spend more of their free time in a passive form. Sport activities are less present among them as well an active way of spending free time. Activities carried out in passive form are more frequent which leads to lack of daily needs for mobility. The consequence is unhealthy growth and development, which is reflected in the development of their motor abilities, functional abilities and anthropometric characteristics. The research was conducted with the aim of... More determining how pupils spend their free time, whether with them and to what extent represented extracurricular activities. Results of pupils motor abilities are divided into two main groups: pupils who exercise and pupils who do not exercise in their free time. The two mutual groups were compared in order to gain insight into the difference of their abilities. The results showed that nearly half of the children involved in the research are inactive in their free time. The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the anthropological characteristics between pupils who exercise and pupils who do not exercise in their free time. No matter of not showing statistically significant differences between the children who do exercise and children who do not exercise in their free time, children who exercise in their free time they achieve better results in all analyzed variables in relation to children who do not exercise.
