The system for geolocation, photography and reporting of environmental problems serve to solve the problem of pollution in individual cities with good will of citizens who want to help the city. The system is divided into two parts, a mobile application for users (citizens) and a web application for administrators and moderators who will analyze citizens’ reports and forward legitimate reports to the competent services in that city in charge of solving pollution. The mobile application was created using web technologies in the Nativescript environment. Such environments are becoming more common in development of mobile applications as one code base can be written for distribution on multiple platforms. The mobile app was also created using several packages such as firebase library for authentication and a mapbox library for displaying pollution locations on a map. The web application is built using classic build methods such as PHP and MySQL on the server side and HTML5, Javascript and various libraries such as Bootstrap on the client side. The web application is used to receive user reports, which are then processed by moderators responsible for individual cities, and the problems are forwarded to the firms that deal with pollution in that jurisdiction.
