Abstract
Raĉunovodstveno praćenje troškova poslovanja mogu promatrati ne samo raĉunovoĊe već i drugi korisnici kojima su potrebne informacije iz financijskih izvještaja. To mogu biti menadţeri na razliĉitim pozicijama unutar organizacije. Analiza se provodi kako bi se primjenom razliĉitih modela upravljanja troškovima došlo do najoptimalnije strategije poslovanja. Menadţeri koriste informacije s trţišta i o troškovima te na temelju njih donose racionalne strateške odluke. Do promjena u procesu proizvodnje menadţeri dolaze sagledavajući potrebe kupaca koji predstavljaju polazište za sve daljnje promjene koje nastati iz njihovih potreba, ţelja i preferencija.
Abstract (english)
Accounting of business expenses can be viewed not only by accountants but also by other users who need information from the financial statements. These can be managers on different positions within the organization. The analysis is conducted in order to give the most optimal business strategy using different cost management models. Managers use informations from market and cost information to make rational strategic decisions. Changes in the production process are made by managers considering the needs of customers, which are the starting point for any further changes that arise from their needs, desires and preferences.
