uspoređuju s ostalim borilačkim vještinama i povezuju ga s udarcima, no sam naziv govori
nam suprotno.
Abstract (english) | Judo has changed its forms throughout history, but the opening of the "Kodokan"
school triggers a different perception of the understanding of judo as a sport. Today, judo
is a martial art with the goal of defeating opponents according to limited rules. Many
compare this sport to other martial arts and associate it with punches, but the name itself
tells us otherwise. In judo, the goal is to outwit the opponent and perform the best throw.
It has become a very popular sport among the population. It is useful in all aspects, not
only for competition and success, but also for recreation, good form and self-defense. By
training judo for a certain period of time, the athlete learns self-discipline, develops instinct
and balance. Judo is a combination of fitness, stretching and concentration exercises,
which is why it is recommended that children do this sport. It also encourages motor skills
in children and is suitable for children from preschool age. It is important because children
learn to overcome various obstacles through judo, such as jumping, jumping and
climbing, as well as resistance to lifting, carrying and pushing. Judo is a martial art that
belongs to the group of polystructural acyclic sports, and athletes like to compete.
Competitive judo is mostly based on throwing techniques, which are divided into manual
techniques and throwing over the hips. It is important to note that foot techniques are also
used as well as levers and chokes. Judo has a unique history and philosophy and is more
than body training in this sport it continuously trains character, spirit, morals and ethics. |
